Cabinet file creation tool (source files)

lcab is a command-line tool for creating Microsoft Cabinet files, also called CAB files or archives. lcab does not list nor extract MS CAB files. This can be done with separate tools such as cabextract.
The ".cab" file extension is also used for another compressed archive format used by InstallShield but that format is unrelated to the MS CAB format.
