The Cantarell font family is a contemporary humanistic sans serif. It was designed by Dave Crossland for on-screen reading - in particular for reading web pages on the author's HTC mobile phone. Since 2010 it's the default typaface of Gnome, the popular graphical user interface. Currently it fully supports Basic Latin, Western European, Catalan, Baltic, Turkish, Central European, Dutch and Afrikaans writing systems. The Cantarell typeface is included in Google Fonts too.
